BAD CUSTOMER SUPPORT - NO WAY TO RETURN DEFECTIVE ITEM: My sister purchased these from Fogdog, and had them sent to my daughter for her birthday in July. It's been 4 weeks since I called to ask for help because one of the skates doesn't lock closed, so her foot falls out. I was bounced from Fogdog to another phone number who claimed that they were going to send me a Return Shipping Label. 4 weeks later, and no label. I emailed Skorpion's customer service directly, and they emailed me a mailing address when I asked for a Return Shipping Label. I asked them again in a third email, and I got no response.
UNCOMFORTABLE AND NOT ERGONOMIC AT ALL: The skate wheels are so wide you have to skate around while spreading your legs like you're riding a horse.
