Rollerblade Micro 4x Cube Kids Inline Skates - 2-5 Decide Now

I bought these skates for my 7 year old son and he really likes them.

This set of roller blades and the Micro 500x are quite similar. The two differences are the back pull loops on these are larger loops and easier to grip and to tug on. The bearings are rated slightly faster on these. So make sure your child can balance well and is used to rolling fast if you are deciding to buy these. Other than those two differences, these roller blades are identical except for the design/color.

My conclusions have been confirmed (in my review of the 500x) on the set of pads that come with these skates. The outer plastic shell of the helmet was damaged out of the box. The pads are the same exact ones that come with the 500x. Except for a darker plastic color with this set. Just like I stated before, I would only have my son and daughter use the wrist guards out of the set of pads.

Would these roller blades be worth the $[...] price tag on them?
- Alone, probably a bit pricey. (But if you consider the 4 adjustable sizes these skates come with, I would say money well spent.)
- With the pads and helmet, maybe. I would highly suggest getting better pads and a helmet in the very near future if you decide to use the ones that come with the skates.
