These are very nice looking pads, but I don't know who they are sized for. The sizes available are listed as youth, small, medium, and large. Being a medium-sized woman- I chose the medium size. When I received the pads, I was surprised to find that they are smaller than the ones for my 10 year old son. I will pass them to my 7 year old and look elsewhere.

I'm very disappointed to not be able to safely use my great new rollerblades.

Picked up two of these for my kids. Outside shell is plastic and the inside is Styrofoam. Good for young kids who bike and/or skate. Both kids like this style better than the traditional looking bike helmets. Plus they won't get teased with this helmet while on a skateboard. Size is listed as "youth". My two were labeled on the box as "small". I'm sure that means "youth small". My youngest has a big head and this helmet fit right out of the box. They came with a package of pads to adjust the fit. The straps adjust just like all the other bike helmets I have seen.
